There is value in our unwillingness to compromise. During the course of my personal career and business career, I have had difficulties with people whom I work with; my contractors, subordinates, and even my management staff. I tend to have in mind exactly what I want and I am committed to getting it. Sometimes people say that I am being difficult to work with.

So am I being too hard to work with?

When I push for what I think needs to be accomplished and the project is over people tell me how much they like it, how well everything turned out.
